A very common question I get as a real estate agent is how can you rent to own?

It’s a very attractive option because you can essentially try out the house before you actually commit to buying it.

Afterall, you test drive a car before you buy it why not a house?

The first problem you run into when looking for a rent to own house is finding someone willing to let you rent to own.

That’s why I partnered up with Home Partners of America.

Home Partners of America makes renting to own easy, because they let you go pick the house that you want.

This is done by you going out with an agent and looking at homes for sale.

This gives you many more options to choose from!

When you find a house you like Home Partners of America lets you know what they would rent the home to you for and what they would sell it to you for.

Then once you choose the house that you want Home Partners of America works with your agent to purchase the home.

Once the home is purchased, they make sure that the house is in good working order and then you get to move in.

You only sign a 1-year lease, but you can keep on renewing for up to 5 years.

During that rental period you have the ability to purchase that home from Home Partners of America for the price they said when you first started renting.

This way if you like the house you can buy it when you’re ready or you can leave at the end of your lease.

If you’re interested in taking advantage of this opportunity all you have to do is apply online just like you would any other rental.

If you have any questions about rent to own programs I’d be happy to help you out.

If you’re interested in renting to own apply here to get started.
